The relevance of the study. The efficiency of the company in the current economic conditions, primarily, informed choice and correct formation of its development strategy. The object of study is business activities and management of the production company of "BAM". The subject of the thesis is to study the strategic management of specific enterprises of "BAM". The aim of the thesis is the development and study of development strategy and identifying further goals by analyzing the strategic potential of the company LLC "BAM".

Strategy - a long- term course of the company, the way to achieve the goals she sets for herself, guided discretion within their policies.
