 Catch their attention  Have clear messages in advertisements  Make consumer feel they need your product  Have information about your product easily accessible

 Mobile devices  People are consuming media very quickly and easily.  Companies need to quickly and easily accessible  82% of Holiday shoppers said digital will impact their choice of retailer, 79% said digital will impact their choice of brand and 77% said digital will influence the type of gift they ultimately buy. ( Ad Age.)

 Marketers and companies are needing to get the customers attention much quicker due to technology.  Marketers need to rethink how they reach consumers and the timeframe in which they do so.  Scanning UPC codes with smart phones  Reading product reviews with smartphones.
