When choosing any meat product it should be a lean or low-fat cut. Download this PDF worksheet. (Click on the worksheet to download it) You will need 2 copies. For 2 days write down everything that you ate and drank. EVERYTHING must be written down. When the 2 days are over look at what you ate and drank. Did you get what you need according to what we talked about? Tell me what you were missing and what did you eat too much of? Write down 2 different goals that you would like to make to improve the way that you eat.

Create a Glogster online poster. Your poster should tell me what you learned about making healthy food choices. Write about two goals that you are going to make on improving your way of eating. Your poster must have at least two pictures that reflect each of your goals. It must have music and you may add a video clip for 5 extra credit points.
