To study the status and requirement of information technology systems for knowledge management in Thai Public Organization to Improve the Public Sector Management Quality Research Objectives

To obtain the model of information technology systems for knowledge management in Thai Public Organization to Improve the Public Sector Management Quality To design the information technology systems for knowledge management in Thai Public Organization to Improve the Public Sector Management Quality.

Research Methodology The research methodologies were qualitative research which researcher to set up method of research including.

A. Research Format As mention, we use qualitative research by content analysis from documents, interview executives, and experts

B. The population and sample The population : The population from executive 10 in the organizations The sample : The sample researcher sampling from executive 10 in the organizations by fixed effect sampling and then sample 10 executives

C. Research Tool Researcher designs tools for collection data including content analysis, Interview and record the discussion group

D. Collecting Data The data were collected using the tools content analysis from document, interview from interview 10 executives and record the focus group discussion from 13 experts from ICT, KM and statistics within and outside

E. Data Analysis Data was analyzed using content analysis from tools content analysis, interview and record the focus group discussion
