Rwy 8L, Kahului Rwy 20  Alternative  Enter reimbursable agreement for annual maintenance and flight check  New NDB Procedures  Will be developed with reimbursable agreement  NDB Decommissioning  Only procedure will be cancelled initially  Each NDB will be evaluated for other usage. Ex: Missed approach holding, Final Approach FIX (FAF) identification (Associated with ILS)  Facility Decommissioning will be coordinated when a determination is made and the facility is no longer required
