How to Start? Pray for success – Encourage jamaat and team members especially Write to Hazur Offer extra prayers

Think ahead Need lead time 4 months beforehand

How to Form Teams? Involve members by having many teams Appoint team leaders with 2-6 people working with them Have a core team of 3-4 team leaders

Follow Up Work Frequent meetings-face to face/teleconference – Lead and guide discussion but involve everyone in decision process – Develop plan – Assign tasks Be the driver in the process Follow-up with team leaders frequently

Sponsorship Set up meetings with blood collection agencies, sponsors – Core team Involve them in the collection effort Try to set up sponsorship with blood collection agency, prominent organizations – Adds credibility – Use sponsors to help you
