What is the software designed to do? The main app (Class Time) will be a window containing the other apps that will be in use The main app is a log- in type app which logs students into a class based on their class schedule and follows teacher set parameters This app is able to function offline but will update automatically as it will host all of the other apps

Class Time This app will automatically launch at the beginning of each class period. Based on time schedule and internet updates. It will be tied to an uploaded school calendar as well as classroom calendar Students tablets will check into the class to the teachers tablet

Class Time Cont. While this app is set to (Class time setting ) No apps other then those loaded to class time allowance list can launch (allowance list is controlled by teacher account and updates daily or can be force updated by the teacher) Apps that are on the allowance list will appear in the “backpack folder” and can be disabled by the teachers tablet. Apps can still appear on the home screen as well The class time app will only allow the teacher’s preferences for that class (time slot) to be active at that time other apps will be visible but will not load without a teachers password Apps not on the students tablet that the teacher has set for class use will automatically download to students tablets when wifi is availible

Calendar Automatically updates from school and teacher calendars (syllabi) Allows students to add to any date Has a mark completed button for assignments Reminder options and alarm settings Also can be forwarded between students Teacher dates cannot be deleted except by teacher and school

Folder Holds all assignments from all classes Assignments can be arranged by due date assigned date or importance Assignments sill change color depending on status Can launch and do assignments from this page(google drive) Assignments submitted will save 3 copies Tablet drive account Submission file (will be time stamped with submission time and will automatically upload when linked to wifi if not available at submission time Has multiple folders so that assignments can be viewed by class as well

Desk Continued Will be able to take interactive notes (file uploaded by teacher) with colorized blank fill in where students can type or write in answers Will be able to make and edit charts and diagrams Will be able open split screen fucntion with drag and drop interface

Test app Allows teachers to set them to randomize questions and answers Locks all apps and will not close until test is completed Allows teachers to categorize questions(for their eyes only) Tracks time per question and can turn off the test based on time Allows teachers to tie questions together or to documents so that they will not separate when randomized

PDF reader Books for class time (text books and any uploaded by teacher will only show up in class time) Linked to behavior tracker (NOT visible to students) Allows students to highlight sections in various colors also allows students to copy and paste into another document both all colors or only certain colors Allows bookmarking and split screen options
