Presents THE NEXT LEVEL IN OPERATIONS EXELLENCE Combining multiple pricing options with the matching flexibility of “Best in Class” product options

Introducing OPX Operations Excellence Quality and service value points are maximized with product and pricing options, providing optimum and compelling sales advantages OPX in the first program of its kind, developed specifically to operate both as a “vertically” driven 4 tier pricing option with “horizontally” driven 4 tier “best in class” product options. Devaults revolutionary OPX program provides the operator. For the first time the advantage to “mix and match”; product to price advantages by maximizing quality integrity without compromising pricing integrity.

Why was OPX developed? OPX was prepared both as a vertical and horizontal tiered sales strategy that combines the best in “pricing and product” options, working in harmony, to present the operator the “best in class” sales advantages.

How is OPX Identified? OPX is a 4 tier sales strategy designed to operate in harmony, whereby the vertical tiers of pricing options and the horizontal tier of “best in class” product options create a newly structured category management program that takes into full consideration the operators menu needs : Competitive “Best in Category” product options Competitive “Best in Product Line” pricing options 1 of 3

Pre-qualified The tiers have been pre-qualified, driven by competitive pricing within each of the competitive product classifications to be in sync with the operators performance needs. Market Intelligence Competitive Influence Business Insight Product to product comparison data 2 of 3

Color coding and naming Each of the tiers are color coded and named, to intentionally not classifying a; better, best, naming of the tiers. The strategy was to only show that each tier was different then the other and competitive within each of its “best in class” product category tiers. Each tier has been color coded for easy identification… 3 of 3 Elite Line Ambassador Line Signature Line Minute Menu

OPX - Clearly defined and visible The new master boxes Elite LineAmbassador line Signature Minute Menu The Website: Each of the tiers are also named color coded and coordinated with the products and product codes affiliated with the line. Sales material/collateral: Any and all sales collateral being developed now and in the future will also carry the same color coordinated structure. Product line spread sheet: Is now prepared as a “fluid” hand-out that will be posted on line and updated consistently, and will be “download” available. With notification as to changes when and if they are made.

Each box, no matter the color will have a prominent space provided for product identification, labeling and clearly identifying the products profile. Code # Product name: IE: Steaks, Burgers, Meatballs, Ground Beef Weight and size UPC code ETC All the boxes are in their own color representing and entire product line, with each of the individual products be identified?

Selling Advantages 1.Cross selling within the same tiered classification line with promotion incentives. 2.Upselling from one tiered classification up to the next “best in class” classification. 3.Better able to suit your customers promotional demands. 4.Better able to compete “product to product” due to a shorter pricing “gap between” “high – low” price comparisons. 5.Able to provide a “Customers Choice” selection for their menu options…Based on menu pricing demands…Demographic consumer profile…Ethnic and cultural regional demands.

Selling Incentives Programs offered had to provide more than just the features. Distributors and brokers alike had to recognize the Devault program brands not only represent the “sell to” requirements of; pallet sizes, case count, etc. but also to the “sell through” advantages of; IE: Snapatizers - Product line Sunrise Sidekicks - Breakfast meatball product Cross product category selling within the tiers with operator sales incentives built in to include multi-product category, rebates and/or discounts “New product” and/or “new category” trial, “cents off” promotion offers. Product and/or category “upsell” from one OPX level to another OPX level %. Promotion partnerships within Devaults new product categories and/or new day part product sales.
