Delivery Team  All staff records held in central location in Denvilles House  We have noted the revocation of Regulations that it will no longer be compulsory for teachers to obtain the qualifications referred to in previous regulations before they are employed by a further education institution. We expect all staff to achieve the appropriate City&Guilds appropriate Learning and Development units dependent on job role.  We expect all staff to achieve Functional Skills in Mathematics, English and Information Communication Technology at Level 2( Minimum) and be involved in delivery  We are a registered body with the Disclosure and Barring Service and will make applications for each member of staff  We hold quarterly BITS meetings ( Briefing, Information, Training and Standardisation).If staff are unable to attend we will disseminate information in the most appropriate method  Kats Ltd website is dynamic. All staff are provided with log-in details and actively encouraged to access the staff pages for up-to date information and resources
