Reflecting on High School– Yeah, it’s something you’ll eventually care about again whether it’s running into old friends or talking it out in therapy. CREATING A LEGACY

Thinking about the importance of Experience DAY 1: CREATING A PICTORY

What is Pictory? Pictory is a showcase for your best photo stories for people around the world to document their lives and cultures. Anyone can submit one large, captioned image to each of Pictory’s editorial themes directly to the website. Today, you will be submitting it to me. People Document: Advice, Grief, Important Moments of their lives, Beauty in Nature, Culturally Significant Moments It serves as a glimpse of what our culture is like.

Meaningful Imagery & Advice

You can also create Wordle (Website) (At Least 30 Words)

Typography

So... What’s life like for the Seniors at QA Today you will create a Pictory– a single piece of art that represents something meaningful to you. The idea is to gain an overall impression of the values, culture, worries, etc. or QACHS There are two components to this: 1.You can: Take pictures, use pre-existing pictures, draw pictures, create picstitches or other collages, create word collages.... Etc. A.The picture should represent something powerful: friendships, hidden feelings, culture, the future, the past, anger, love, dreams, etc. (basically anything). If you don’t have a picture but would like to go develop this, you may go elsewhere in the school to get one. B.You can also Draw or create some kind of artwork (Typography is OK, too) 2.Reflect on this picture by (CHOOSE 1 or 2): A.Using a quote from an important person or the person in the picture B.Telling us the background of the picture and explaining its significance C.Get poetic on us– rapping, structured poetry, haikus, acrostics, etc D.Limiting yourself to one sentence that expresses a Universal Truth about life.
