Additional Resources Just for You! We have ordered materials and resources not only for our teachers but for our Ferguson future teachers as well. We want you to use these resources!

Information Center Office Inside our office, above the microwave, we have puppets and bags with theme-related materials.

Additional Resources Just for You! In our file cabinets, located inside our office, we also have more theme- related bags as well as big books. Big books are also located on the rack of our laminating machine

Additional Resources Just for You! We also order plenty of magazines. We have magazines the meet the needs of all of our departments and academies. We have ordered the “Mailbox” magazines, just for you!

Additional Resources Just for You! We have many books for our Early Childhood classes and for students who are also learning the English language. We have award-winning Caldecott books as well as very popular titles. Our “Easy” section is located at the back of the Information Center, in front of the blue curtains (TV Production class). Books here are shelved alphabetically by the author’s last name.

These are books that our teachers may use to gather teaching ideas/strategies, supplement their lessons, or even use to help them grow professionally. You may use these “Professional” books to help you in planning for your lessons.

Virtual Library gives you more resources! From the Ferguson’s Information Center website you can access the Virtual Library, not only for your research needs, but to access sites that you can use with your toddlers. On the Information Center Website page, select Virtual Library Then select “Storytime Reading”

“Amazing Awards” link contains lists of award winning books. The links found on this “Amazing Awards” page has book extension activities that you can use in your lessons as supplemental resources and materials.
