Have you used any other NHS services within the last 12 months? If so, which service and would you like to comment? Royal Shrewsbury Hospital - prostate surgery and in patient aftercare. All staff ticked the boxes for care and communication. Lengthy delays experienced in obtaining initial appointments with various consultants. Very poor. Chiropodist/Dentist Very happy with service and treatment I have received. Access to counselling services is very poor. Recommended to see the counselor, completed form in early November 2013, appt not and only a maybe until April not good enough. Doctor seemed unaware of this waiting time. X Ray very good service, fairly quick at getting appt and quick turnaround 30mins. A and E in November after a fall in hospital car park muddy ground, excellent attention. 5 Days in RSH absolutely fantastic. Felt at ease considering circumstances.

This is a first class practice. All the doctors are very caring. A proactive Practice, ready to accept change when it is in the interest of both patients & Practice. Prefer no background music in the waiting room. This is the nicest practice I have attended all staff approachable and helpful. Thank you. No clock in waiting room. Very difficult to get an advance appointment with my chosen doctor without waiting weeks, probably because they are part time. Please clarify the Relationship between the Surgery & Pharmacy. We are very privileged in having such a wonderful all round team at Marden Medical and I take pride in telling others.
