The United Way campaign is going great and Student Council appreciates everyone’s donations. These donations help so many of the local agencies in our community such as the Association for Retarded Citizens and the Family Service Center. The Association for Retarded Citizens is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. With more than 140,000 members and nearly 700 state and local chapters

Nationwide, we are on the front lines to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families have the support they need to be members of the community. The Family Counseling Center facilitates positive changes in individuals, families and communities by providing comprehensive education, referral and counseling services for social, emergency and financial problems. So if you have not donated to the 2014 United Way campaign yet, do so today!

Attention Mr. and Miss FHS Pageant contestants, there will be a mandatory meeting Thursday immediately after school in Mrs. Styron's Room 803.

Boo Lu’s Field of Fears is here! The Haunted House will be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week and next from 6:30-9:30. This year it is located behind the school on the baseball field. Admission is $5 and all proceeds will benefit the Band and Fine Art Departments. Volunteers to dress up and scare on Friday and Saturday are needed. Students can receive community service hours for this event. Sign up with Mrs. Terri Smith in room 706.
