Plan and implement work-based learning curriculum into academy technical courses –These opportunities should begin with career awareness and exploration lessons at the 9th and 10th grade levels, progress to career preparation in the 11th grade, and career training in the 12th grade. –Coordinate field trips, guest speakers, internships, mentor lunches, etc.
