LEGAL AND PRACTICAL BASIS Government law No 981 «Organizing children's camps and operating arrangements»; Children camps guide.

GOALS OF THE CAMP FUN; PLAYING BRIDGE; LEARNING BRIDGE; SPORTS; RECREATION.

STAFF AND DISTRIBUTION OF WORK Camp manager; Assistants; Workers; Who is responsible for what; Delegation of tasks; Motivation; Remunaration.

TO BECOME A CAMP MANAGER Special courses; Go to the camp and learn practically; Pass the exam.

PLANNING OF THE CAMP PLACE; SLEEPING PLACES; OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES - SPORTS; EATING; RULES.

CAMP CONTENTS Goals and targets; Daily programm; Activities: Breakfast; Teams; Sports; Lunch; Pairs; Sports; Dinner; Lecture; Sports.

BUDGET EXPENSES: Place; Eating; Transport; Personel; Various; Gifts. Expenses per person for 5 days (4 nights) ~ 120 euro; Income comes from: Federation (Sponsors) = 50%; Local municipalities= 25%; Participants = 25%.

PARTICIPANTS Contract with parents (if underage) or participant (18+ years); Doctor’s certificate of health; List of things to bring to the camp; How to get to the camp; Participant registration in journals.

PROBLEMS How everybody reaches the camp; Health problems; Lack of money; Discipline; Alcohol consumption.

WHAT IS THE RESULT AFTER THE CAMP How and what did they like? What to improve? Potential bridge players in the future.

LEGAL WORK BEFORE THE CAMP Contracts: Personal; Venue; Catering; Medical person on call; Volunteers. Programm; Rules and regulations.

PERMITS Local municipality; Ministry of Education – public information in web; Fire service department; Health Inspection; Food/Sanitary Inspection.
