 My name is Helena;  I’m thirty six years old;  I was born in Tomar on 17 of June in 1973;  I’m Portuguese;  Actualy I live in Casais Brancos, but I have a house in Torres Vedras;  I have a brother, his name is Carlos and he went to New York at EUA in 2003.

 My father and my stepmother live in Ferreira do Zêzere, they have a child, his name is Bruno, he is my brother too;  My stepmother has two daugthers, they live in Fátima. We lived together for five years;  Now I’m a student, I like to learn, to read, watching T.V., walking, swimming, and some times also like to cook;

 I like the Summer and go to the beach on hot days.

 I’m taking a course of computer techniques and systems in Lourinhã.  We have course every day from Monday to Friday, between 9h30 a.m. and 17h30 p.m.  I leave home at 9 o’clock, and arrive at arround 6h15 in the afternoon;  I get up around eight o’clock, after this I take a shower, get dressed and sometimes I have breakfast at home;

 In the days of course I always lunch at one o’clock;  At two o’clock I and my classmates return for course;  After leaving the course, sometimes I go to the supermarket to buy some fresh vegetables for dinner;  By seven o’clock, I start to cook for me and my husband;

 In the Summer, on hot days, we have a dip in the pool at night bifore dinner;  Now in the Winter, knows to be home and sometimes we will both play a game in the games room;  After dinner I put the dishes, clean the kitchen, and watching television;  When I have some work to the course, I try to finish it at night;

 At the weekend I get up later, at around nine or ten o’clock;  Then I clean my house,wash the clothes,iron, go to the shopping, sometimes cook at home, sometimes have lunch or dinner out;  On Sunday morning, we usually go cycling;  I like go to the beach walk in the sand;  Sometimes we spend weekends away in the motorhome.
