APPRENTICESHIPS: “LLETS OFFERS RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING SUPPORT AT NO COST”

LLETS offers the following Apprenticeships: Active Leisure Business Administration Construction Customer Service Education and Training Health and Social Care (Adult/Child) Hairdressing Management.

Business Benefits – LLETS Apprenticeships: Free training/upskilling: LLETS is an approved Training Provider, we are able to access funding via the Welsh Government and European Social Fund to support the training costs. Training provided is flexible and will meet the needs of your business. Thus, you should see improvements in productivity and profitability. Apprentices feel valued and motivated as a result of the investment made in them by you – low staff turnover. Apprentices bring new ideas and innovation to your business. Many Apprentices go on to Senior Management roles and take on higher level training. Progression routes are available at all levels. Free recruitment support: Employers can advertise Apprenticeship vacancies via the Apprenticeship Matching Service (AMS)- Official online recruitment system for Apprenticeships in Wales.
