Culture is …the unique characteristics that all of us possess that distinguish us as individuals and identify us as belonging to a group or groups... Diversity is a concept that includes notions of race, ethnicity, socio-economic background, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability and age, and other characteristics.

4. Welcome adults too.

5. Give youth what they need.

6. Do things that are rewarding
