Final recommendation to the Board NACEP Board Executive Committee (All but two elected/ all accredited ) President Vice-President Past-President (previously elected) Secretary Treasurer (app’t) Accreditation Chair (app’t) Institutional Representatives (All elected) (1) Two-Year Public (1) Private (1) Four-Year Public (1) Member-at- Large (1) Secondary Partner Schools Committee Chairpersons (All appointed) (Accreditation Commission Chair) Government Relations Chair Communications Chair Research Chair --14 total members -- 9 elected positions/5 appointed positions --Bylaws would indicate appointments must take into consideration regional balance and two-year/four-year balance

This represents these changes The Accreditation Chair would replace the Member-at- Large representative on the Executive Committee Membership Committee is eliminated Secondary Schools Partners would be added as an elected representative (only those from schools affiliated with a NACEP-accredited partner would be eligible for election) Four-year private representative becomes simply “private representative” Board recommended to form new (not standing) committee for credit transfer issues

Thank you! Once again, thank you all for the hard work and time that you have put into this Task Force. These have been insightful conversations that will clearly help guide the direction of the NACEP Board now, and also into the longer-term future. Thank you!
