INDIANAUNIVERSITYINDIANAUNIVERSITY TransPAC Link Status The TransPAC network runs from the Tokyo XP to the STAR TAP in Chicago. TransPAC began as a 35Mbps connection in June Link upgraded 4 times. The current TransPAC connection is 155Mbps. Current negotiations with vendors promise 8 times bandwidth for less than ½ current costs
