 Change your lighting to lower glare and harsh reflections. By using a filter, it reduces up to 99% glare reduction to prevent glare- related eyestrain and headaches.  Place your screen 20 to 26 inches away from your eyes and a little bit below eye level.  Choose screens that can tilt and swivel. A keyboard that you can adjust is also helpful.

 Dynamic sitting, don’t stay in one static position for extended periods of time  When performing daily tasks, alternate between sitting and standing or take small walking breaks throughout the day.

 It will make reading documents easier.  It will help to keep your eye position focused on the document while typing.

 By having a computer foot support it will relieve the weight of your body.  And keeps your body relaxed to focus on your work.

 Avoid keeping the monitor at an angle as it will cause to keep your wrist in a wrong angle  Avoid having documents between you and the keyboard.  Place your mouse in front of you for sessions of intensive mouse use.  Keep the mouse always in a comfort angle of your hand

 You should put your computer in a place where you get some light, otherwise it may cause eye damage.  Adjust the colour of your monitor according to the light you get.  Maintain the noise of your speaker according to your comfort and as well as others.  Do not use headsets too often as it may cause ear damage.

 Keep your body weight evenly distributed on both feet  Try not to cross your legs as that rotates the pelvis backwards, causing you to hang ligaments and tendons  Prevent the spine from becoming fixed or restricted in abnormal positions  Helps keep bones and joints in correct alignment so muscles can be used properly

 Position monitor, keyboard, and chair in a straight line  Top of monitor screen at or slightly below the eye horizon  Comfortable, non-straining distance to read monitor (typically inches)  Adjust brightness, contrast, and color to comfortable levels  Avoid glare by positioning away from windows and direct lights  Keep written work materials propped up near monitor screen

 It is important to have break periods or any other activities to reduce your work stress as this will help in assisting with a fresh mind and a new attitude to continue with your work again  When you are in the computer you should have at least 15 minutes break for every 1 hour.
