Physical Ergonomics Good Posture – Sit upright – Chin in – Shoulders relaxed – Wrists straight – Head upright – Feet flat Stretches – Finger/wrist – Arm – Neck – Back Exercises – Finger-flutter – Blink often
Environmental Ergonomics Uncluttered workspace – Keep papers at monitor level. – Easy access to mouse and keyboard. – Room for chair movement Monitor Placement – Top of the screen should be even with eye level. – Near arms length away.
