Career Focus and Goal  My Focus for the year 2004 is to get a job in a hospital to improve my clinical skills as well as to prepare myself for nursing when I graduate.  My goal is to maintain a 3.0 grade point average and do well in all of my classes.

At the Present Time… I am currently achieving a 3.0 grade point average and keeping on top of all my studies in order to successfully pass all of my requirements.

The Good and Bad Points of Nursing The Good  The Salary is great.  I am doing something great in my career by helping people.  I can always go back to school and further my education to get a higher degree. The Bad  Stressful work hours due to the nursing shortage.  The Nurse’s workload is tough, one nurse may have 10 patients.  There is always a chance to catch an illness from sick patients.
