Course eligibility Higher National Certificate (HNC) Higher National Diploma (HND) Degree Nursing and Midwifery diplomas and degrees PGDE Some postgraduate diplomas

Residence eligibility No change to ordinary residency rules Ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man for the three years immediately before the first day of the academic year of the course (relevant date) ordinarily resident in Scotland on the same date If you are not a UK or other EU national, you must have ‘settled status’ in the UK as set out in the Immigration Act 1971

Tuition Fees No change to tuition fees Study in Scotland – we will pay your fees each for eligible students Study elsewhere in UK – students will need to pay their own fees or can take out a tuition fee loan of up to to £9,000 each year EU students studying in Scotland eligible to have their fees paid
