Welcome and Opening Remarks by Salvano Signing of MoU between ISDR and CADS Presentations: Part 1: Local Governments presentations from Albay, The Philppines; South Africa; Pune,India and Cataluna, Spain. The presentation higlighted the good practices of their offices, despite the hazards and vulnerabilities. (See power point presentations) Part 2: Presentations from the UN Agencies, UNOSAT, UNDP and ILO and Provention. They highligheted their programs and services to the Local governments.
