Methamphetamine Contaminated Property Cleanup Act of 2005 LHO reviews PSA report and issues no further action (NFA) After payment releases real property liens, restraints, and vehicle license stops Restraint release - destroyed or permanently salvaged Sends copy of release to all affected parties
