CENTER FOR THE INTEGRATION OF RESEARCH, TEACHING, AND LEARNING University of Colorado at Boulder, Howard University, Michigan State University, Texas A&M University, Vanderbilt University, University of Wisconsin-Madison Summary TAMU is building a post-doctoral program to address federal requirements on post doctoral mentoring and training while infusing these elements with the CIRTL Pillars. This is a work that we have begun and the first of these workshops on proposal development has already been hosted. The next step is to build a contact list of post docs in STEM and STEM related fields to survey their interests and needs for further professional development activities. Colleagues at CU Bolder have overlapping interests here and we are looking at ways of providing some of these professional development activities via the CIRTL Network.
