Every time you take a step—you are at risk for a potentially serious slip, trip, or fall. Next to motor vehicles, falls have been the most important cause of death and injury in the United States. #1 cause of injury at SISD.

Nationally, slips and falls account for 23% of the number and 26% of the cost of W/C accidents. SISD: 15.56% & 4.55 % $11,776 (Oct. 04-April 05)
