Introduction ---Introduction of Bullying Purpose of the questionnaire : The main purpose of this research is to investigate the serious degree which happens in campus and to realize the teachers and students' solved ways to bullying.

Introduction --- Definition of bullying : 「 A student has been bullying or harassing by one person or a group of students for a long time. 」 said by Olweus, who is a Norway’s scholar. Bullying is about the unequal cruel behave between children. It exists in campus for a long time. The behavies happened between human could involve the long-time limb or verbal attacks, the resistance and crowding of social interaction, and the discussion about sex or the ridicule or comment on one's body can be included.

Introduction --- Why does the bullying happen? Houswhold elements : The family can’t give bullies a normal environment to grow up or the patients suffer from the aspects of physical, psychological and spiritual. School elements : The school fails to operate a harmonious campus or the teachers adopt a laissez- faire attitude to bullying among students. Social elements : The society which is full of violence and the mass media’s excessive rendering lets the children produce the error cognitions, and then misleads them to solve problems by bullying.

Methods --- First We adopted Min-sheng junior high school first grade students, Taibl junior high school second grade students, and Dayeh junior high school third grade students about 90 people and Min-sheng, Taibl and Dayeh junior high school’s teachers about 30 people to survey the seriousness of bullying on campus.

Methods --- Second We use questionnaire to investigate how many people have been bullied and the way teachers use to solve bullying.

Methods ---Third We referenced Hui-wen High School‘s bullying questionnaires and found two students in our class to write the questionnaire and then modify it. Then grant to fill out the questionnaire to the participants, second, recycle the questionnaire and check the questionnaire is valid or not, third,classify the information in Excel, simple statistical analysis and charting, and compare different disguise answer.

Result ---Have you ever been bullying? According to this chart we can know that 7% of the first grade students have experienced bullying, and 5% of the second grade students have experienced bullying, 25% of the third grade students have experienced bullying; 93% of the first grade students have not experienced bullying, 95% of the second grade students have not experienced bullying, 75% of the third grade has never experienced bullying.

Result ---Had you ever been bullied when you were a student? In chart data, there are 3% have been bullying at the age from 20 to 30 years old 35% never; there are 8% have been bullying at the age from 31 to 40, 35% never; there are 12% have been bullying at the age from 41 to 50, 18% never. There are 8% never been bullying at the age from 51 to 60.

Results ---Who will be the victim of the bullying? According to this chart we can found that 39% of first grade in junior high school students that poor performance in academic can easily become victims of bullying, 27% ​​ of first grade in junior high school students with better performance in academic easily become victims of bullying, 82%the first grade in junior high school students that snitch easily become victims of bullying, 68% of first grade in junior high school students, who have poor interpersonal relationships can easily become the victims of bullying,68% of first grade in junior high school students think not good looking likely to become victims of bullying, 86% of first grade in junior high school students that aptitude is not obvious easily become victims of bullying.

Result ---Had your students taken the initiative to ask you for help? There are 29% that students will ask for teachers help and teachers age from 21 to 30 and 6% don’t; there are 12% that students will ask for teachers help and teachers age from 31 to 40 and 9% don’t; there are 24% that students will ask for teachers help and teachers age from 41 to 50 and 3% don’t; there are 12% don’t at the age from 51 to 60.

Discussion Our study shows that a small number of junior high school students have been bullied. Among all the kinds of bullying, the most vulnerable is words bullying. The first grade student better understanding of bullying than other students in other grades. Some teachers had been bullied when they were students. And the teacher questionnaire shows that how to deal with the bullying problem of students won’t deepen the conflict between the two sides.

Discussion The research shows that by the propaganda from the school, the rate of bullying less and less, responds Wu’s study, it proved that the behavior of bullying can be changed, but it still need to everyone’s struggle and make it come true. We believe that bullying can be changed, but need everybody’s effort and practice to contain the save, peace campus and society.
