Weaving

Some people know how to make their own guitar. In this picture the man is playing his guitar in his house and dresses in clothes that show who he is and how people think of him when they view the clothes and instrument on him.

Some Karen young women and young men are dancing in the new year. They are happy to dance in front of people also, other people can learn how to dance from them.

This is how people dance in the new year. They also play music and sing a song during the dancing. Many people come together in the dancing with their foods. Most of them wear their traditional clothes. After their program, their share their foods and eat together.

Karen people also have instruments that include drums. Some drums are made up by wood and leather. They are enjoy playing instruments on new year and other special holidays.
