HIERARCHICAL PICK LISTS All pick-lists are now hierarchical enabled. This means you can create a hierarchical structure within the pick-list options. Hierarchical pick-lists allow for grouping of related data into a visually simple and logical structure which is easily followed and understood by users. Other points to note: Hierarchical structures can be applied to any single-pick and multi-pick fields There is no limit to the number of layers and levels which can be set up Permission groups apply to hierarchical pick-lists Pick-list items can be moved within the hierarchical structure using drag/drop In form editing to nominated roles Help Reference
Task Default from Obligation Form SET DEFAULT TASK REMINDER AND OVERDUE SETTINGS IN THE OBLIGATION FORM It’s now possible to set a default schedule of task reminders and overdue notifications in the obligation form for new obligations. These default notification settings are in turn used as the template for tasks created for the obligation. This can be setup in. Help Reference
Recurring Task Shortcut CREATE SINGLE / RECURRING TASKS FROM THE OBLIGATION FORM Single or recurring tasks can be created directly from the obligation edit form. A ‘Save and create tasks’ button has been added to the top of the form. When selected, you can choose to create a single or recurring task. This will save time moving to the ‘Tasks’ tab to create tasks and will make it quicker and easier to create tasks using different task dates and/or recurring frequencies. Help Reference
Notification on Incident Types INCIDENT TYPE WORKFLOW NOTIFICATIONS Incident types have been added to the list of fields which can be used to create workflow notifications. This means you can have a pre-defined workflow notification issued to nominated groups or a person/s for a specific incident type. Add Incident Description to the notification. By adding the text to the alert notification Body or Footer section text box, the description value can be included in the notification .
