The goal of the Nutrition Review was to assess their knowledge about nutrition. It was used as a pre and post assessment during the nutrition unit. It is a good way to assess both the students prior knowledge and the knowledge the students gained from the unit. The review asks questions about many different topics. Some topics included are: the food pyramid, nutrients/vitamins, food labels, lifestyles/diets, and eating disorders. These are all topics covered within the unit.
