Planning for Success Essential Components Of A Successful Project

Project Planning A well-planned project is more likely to succeed. A good project plan: Features a Project Charter Defines goals Defines roles Has a communication plan Has a clear action plan Establishes timelines and deadlines

A project charter defines: the scope the objectives the overall approach to the work roles of team members A template has been included in your folders Essential Components Project Charter
