January 15/01/14 Zara and Nicole

Badminton The first activity we did was Badminton. It was very fun because sometimes we got short games or sometimes we got long games.

Athletics Long Jump We also did the long jump it was hard our best distances were 156 and 152 cm it was fun.

Cycling This is Zara cycling on an exercise bike if your foot fell out the pedal and you did not pull the brake you would get hit because the pedals would not stop until you pulled the brake.

Judo This is us waiting for judo to start it looks good fun.

Bowls This is bowls you were to try and hit a yellow ball called the jack. This is what it looks like when you throw the ball. And this is what it looks like when you let go of the ball. It was lots of fun.

Rugby This is rugby this picture is before Nicole tackled me. When Nicole tackled me she had to shout tackle tackle tackle tackle!!!!!!! We were learning how to throw the rugby ball correctly.

Squash This is us doing squash the man who told us how to play it said that Zara had good foot work and Nicole had a good swing.

Hockey This is Nicole doing hockey. Nicole is very good at hockey because she scored into the cones.

Exercise Circuit This is us doing an exercise circuit it was fun but hard because we had to it very quickly.

Netball This is us doing netball it was hard because we could not move with the ball.

Weight Lifting This is Zara trying to help Nicole because Nicole did not know what to do. She finally figured out what to do after I helped her.

Wrestling This is us doing wrestling. Zara got me to the ground. Nicole got me to the ground.

Gymnastics This is us jumping in gymnastics.

Shooting This is us shooting it was a once in a life time opportunity and was very fun.

Clyde The Mascot This is Clyde.

Future Stars At lunch we got to watch future stars do swimming. They were amazing.
