1. Is the Project Management Board set? If so, who takes part in this board? How many meetings have been conducted on issues related to the management and maintenance of the project? Where and when? The Project management board has been set since the very beginning of the Project. From the Agricultural University of Tirana the coordinator Perparim Laze, is a member of the Project Management Committee. Until now we have had one meeting in February, during the Kick off Meeting, in Zagreb. The Project coordinator explained the Distribution of roles, preparation of Partnership agreements, Budgetary issues, Financial and administrative management, Documentation and reporting, Communication and dissemination, Planning project activities - agreeing on dates and location of events etc. Minutes from PMC meeting delivered to all partners and available on web Funded by the European Union University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture Svetosimunska street 25, Zagreb, Croatia Contact: Project Management Committee meeting Zagreb, Croatia, University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture, Svetošimunska 25, Zagreb February 28, 2014 Korce: Ilir Nicko, PhD Tirana: Prof. Perparim Laze Minutes from PMC meeting delivered to all partners and available on web ents

2. Si ka qene komunikimi me koordinatorin? A jeni te kënaqur nga menaxhimi i përgjithshëm dhe financiar i koordinatorit? Nëse jo, evidentoni problemet. How was the communication with the coordinator? Are you satisfied with the overall management and financial coordinator? If not, identify problems. The communication with the Project coordinator has been effective. Prompt answers, advisory information, has resulted in resolution of all situations. In regards to the financial management, our institution has encountered some difficulties such as delays and lack of flexibility. Here we can mention the case of equipment purchase. The procurement procedures and all the necessary documentation had been completed by our institution since April 2014, whereas the funds were only transferred in December of 2014, causing a delay. The Agricultural University of Tirana manages only funds related to “staff costs” whereas the remainder of the budget is managed by the Project Coordinator (as decided by the Partnership Agreement). The project coordinator has transferred the first instalment of pre-financing for AUT which coincides with 60% of the planned budget for staff costs (7, Euro) into the university’s account. This was done in order to allow the carrying-out of all eligible activities that comply with the Workplan and are in accordance with the Grant Agreement and project performance. AUT has opened an account in Euros. Funded by the European Union University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture Svetosimunska street 25, Zagreb, Croatia Contact:

Give arguments on how stable it will be. Yes we believe that the project will have continuity even after its completion Outcomes considering sustainability of the proposed project, and the strategy ensuring dissemination of the project results, on a longer term, are as follows: creation and (re)improvement of LL strategy on sustainable agriculture is currently based on a system based on the best-benchmarking practice, and a set of existing LL on sustainable agriculture; hence, by forming working groups consisting of partner institutions, business and policy makers, partner institutions will show their willingness to continue with established project networking both, during and after the project implementation; implementation of the Regional guidelines delivered by educational, business and authorities, working in a close partnership will enable recognition and evaluation of the prototype, long term models of LL on sustainable agriculture, and ensure sustainability; development of the curriculum will be based on the strategy brought by each partner (non-EU countries), and will be mentored and guided on educational and teaching methodologies by EU partner universities; curriculum will be defined according to the labor market needs, and approved at HEI, business and entrepreneurial sector levels; Funded by the European Union University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture Svetosimunska street 25, Zagreb, Croatia Contact:

implementation of at least one pilot activity considering LL on sustainable agriculture (i.e. course, e-learning) during the project, by introducing and training of the university teaching staff and students involved in regular study programs, as well as Alumni (interested in widening and expanding their knowledge and education/al level); dissemination of information considering importance and benefits of LL on sustainable agriculture during and after project’s activities will be provided by formal and informal communication channels, set through this project which ensure sustainable networking among all partner countries, as well as spread to other ADA countries; project outcomes, beside established strategy and curriculum, will enable trained academic staff, businessman, students and other stakeholders that, by guidelines set trough this project, will provide sustainability; after finalizing the project, and via established communication networking, further motivation between partner universities, new interested regional universities, Alumni, students, policy makers, and universities (from ADA region not participating in this project) will be present, with focus on LL on sustainable agriculture providing financial benefits in the future, ensuring a long term project sustainability.
