PRODUCTION CAPACITIES OF GOTEK’S CORRUGATED DIVISION Manufacturing fields of GOTEK’s Corrugated Division have modern equipment of leading European producers: BHS (corrugator for the production of 3 and 5-face corrugated board, 4 pieces) Bobst ( plane cutting line, SPO, 6 pieces) Martin (American box production line, Midline – 4 pieces, Miniline 2 pieces, rotary cutting line DRO 3 pieces.) MWU (American box production line) – 2 pieces Printing machines Caves PRT 1700 – 2 pieces. Our equipment can produce packaging solutions of any complexity and configuration with the application of flexographic printing up to 4 colors.

CERTIFICATION GOTEK sets high priority on improving the quality of products. In 2003, three year-long ISO 9001:9002 has been certified the first time. The second three year-long certification was conducted in 2006. In 2009-2010, according to the conducted survey among consumers about the importance to have the certificate ISO 9001:9002, found out the more necessary for consumers to have actual operation of the QMS rather than to have the certificate. So, the company management decided to suspend the regular certification. Nevertheless, the requirements of the Standard ISO 9001:9002 implemented in the full size, as an evidenced by the results of internal and consumer’s audits. In addition the JSC GOTEK-CENTER was certified according to BRC. This company confirms compliance with the standard every year, the last one was in 2012 of May.
