Aims of the project: -Promotion and training of intercultural and entrepreneurial competences on an international level -Promotion of mobility in European education systems and within the European job market To sum up: INTENT wants to provide necessary intercultural and entrepreneurial competences to act successfully on a transnational stage.

Unit profile 0) Development of the unit profile Is based on - COMINTER - information given by interviews with companies in the partner countries - experiences of the partners and scientific backup It is described in terms of learning outcomes and K-S-C (knowledge, skills and competences) concerning international entrepreneurial competences, especially those that focus on cultural awareness and inter- and intracultural behaviour.

Training unit with five sub units: 1.Creative Entrereneurship Mindset 2.International Leadership Mindset 3.Negotiating and Influencing on an international stage 4.Knowing yourself and others 5.Intercultural communication The training unit has an optional and additional nature: it may be added (as a whole or in parts) to existing qualifications, irrespective of the type or level of qualification or the vocational and educational training system of the country of origin of the trainee. It can be assessed/trained/certified at different levels.

Portfolio of International Entrepreneurship Competence -Provides documentation about the acquisition of key attributes regarding International Entrepreneurship Competence -It has three parts: 1) Passport which a summary record of all formally assessed competences 2) Biography about personal intercultural experiences and encounters 3) Evidence of performance
