Ethernet Services for Partners 4/21/2017 Ethernet Connectivity Types Defined Metro - TWCBC provides Ethernet services within 32 metro markets For example: NYC, Albany, Buffalo, LA, Charlotte, Kansas City Regional – Connectivity between specific Metro areas is “Regional Service” For example: NYC to Buffalo, Raleigh to Charlotte, Austin to Dallas National – Connectivity requiring Inter-Region connectivity is defined as “National Service” For example: NYC to Dallas, Albany to LA National Regional Rings Time Warner Cable – Proprietary and Confidential

Ethernet Access Types TWCBC Ethernet Services leverage two access types Fiber Hybrid Fiber-Coax (HFC) *512Kbps, 1.5Mbps, and 2Mbps available in all markets (dependent on coax availability) *5M and 10M over HFC available in Maxx Markets Time Warner Cable – Proprietary and Confidential

Notes and Information * Any cost associated with cross connect, Dmarc extension, special equipment, or other facilities, required by customer to interconnect with TWC, will be borne by the customer outside of this agreement. * Pricing does not include any expedites. * Pricing is valid for 90 days. * Implementation schedule will be provided after order acceptance within defined SLAs. * Quote is in whole, any changes (adds, deletes) will require a new quote request. * Customer is responsible for meeting TWC @ the NNI if applicable stated above. * This pricing is subject to a site survey upon TWC receipt of the order.
