ABOUT US Visualise a little paradise on the shores of Lough Ennell Lush green fields laden with clovers and herbs Fields that are farmed organically and never see sprays or fertilisers.
ABOUT US This is the stress free environment of our suppliers… our cows! Ayrshire, Friesan and Angus x, all of whom are treated with herbal remedies on the odd occasion when they are off form. We use these old and trusted breeds for their emphasis on quality and flavour rather than quantity as….. Well we think quality is better than quantity!
ABOUT US Gerry and Mary create a unique range of organic fresh cheese, yoghurts, yoghurt drinks and whey. These fine foods, are prepared by hand and bottled on site on favourable days in the moons cycle. They are hand filled by us into glass jars and reflect the quality of our organic milk from the grass roots to the final artisan farmhouse food.

Our Yoghurt Range Organic Natural, Peach, Strawberry, Fruit of the Forest and Vanilla. All our yoghurts contain natural live cultures and all organic fruit and berries, each contain less than 2.97grms of fat per 100grms. Each yoghurt is contained in a Glass jar.
