List of Qualified Vendors  FVAP and the DoD Business Transformation Agency (BTA) have competitively selected qualified vendors  Aquilent  Credence Management Solutions  Everyone Counts  Scytl  Konnech  Vexcel  States will submit their requirements to FVAP/BTA  Each State’s requirements will be individually competed amongst the qualified vendors 21

Checklist for States  States must submit technical requirements by May 7 th, 2010  Late submissions will be considered on an as available basis  Requirements checklist in State Requirements Workbook  FVAP available to answer questions  Requirements will be converted into “Request for Bids”  Vendors in Blanket Purchase Orders will submit bids  BTA/FVAP will hold source selection for “best value”  States will be invited to participate as expert advisors (at FVAP expense)  Work will commence upon contract award  Vendors will work directly with the States  FVAP will monitor 23
