By leveraging the persistent community presence that Heartbeat provides, along with the positive relationship with the community, Heartbeat is in a position to provide structured engagement with communities to maximize the benefit to all stakeholders wishing to conduct short term interventions in communities in which we are active.

By providing a framework for engagement, Heartbeat aims to ensure that stakeholders are protected and optimal impact is achieved. Implementation Approach All Community Beats are implemented in collaboration between the Community, Heartbeat and the participating partner. Detailed planning is undertaken to ensure successful implementation and returns for all stakeholders. Each implementation, although sharing some commonalities, is seen as unique and as such requires appropriate planning and preparation.
