Agenda 5.0 Program Committee Report 7:20-7:30  Activities: – The Events can be viewed on Google Calendar at ronto ronto – Very busy fall coming up with 35 events scheduled from September until the end of February. Some are tours, most are presentations at the London Pub. Total for 2013 will be about 45 events. – Will be doing a day long Mentor Workshop at the MCC on January 17 th with a possibility of doing the same presentation on the 16 th if sales are strong. Will be aggressively marketing this event through our chapter and others in Ontario as well as other engineering organizations.  Discussion items: –Rolling out the announcements of events well in advance of date of event to increase visibility.
