It is possible to add up to 100 ISBNs in comma separated format by cut and paste into this box. Remember to click the box add ISBN to complete this step! 16 Customized Catalog| S. Cortes| Oct To save the search enter any name you want and click save. – For example, enter “library in stock, new 2008“. It is advisable to create your own naming covention so you will recognize searches later. The system adds the date. 4. How to save and log in?

18 Customized Catalog| S. Cortes| Oct When you log in, you will automatically be shown “My Search“. This is the page where all your saved searches are listed. This page also shows your Customized Catalogs. They are saved up to 2 months after being produced. 5. How to manage your saved searches?

However, it does save all the settings and tell you the last date that you ran the search. In this way, you can re-run the same searches and get updated product information at a later time, for example prices and publication dates. To get an updated Customized Catalog, you must re-run a selection and produce a new catalog. 5. How to manage your saved searches?

Cortes| Oct At this point you can either go back to the search result again to export it or go back to the search page to start a new search. – Go back to the search result by clicking on the underlined name of the search. Cortes| Oct The drop-down box next to the export button gives you five different formats to choose from: – 2 PDF formats – 2 csv formats – excel order form Click on the format you want and click the export button. 24 Customized Catalog| S. Cortes| Oct The excel order form gives you a pre- formatted excel file, which you can use if you are in a hurry. Selling tip: Export your search results as an orderform and give it to your customers together with a Customized Catalog. 6. How to export the title selection? - Excel
25 Customized Catalog| S. Cortes| Oct If you chose one of the two csv formats or the Excel orderform, you have the option of opening the file immediately, or saving to your hard drive first. But you can open and export one of these three formats only if you are logged in as a bookseller. 6. How to export the title selection? – CSV & Excel
26 Customized Catalog| S. Cortes| Oct To export one of the two PDF formats, you must enter an address. Additionally, you will be asked to enter your cover page information and you can upload a logo. Both logo and contact data will show up on the cover page of your customized catalog. If you are logged in as a bookseller, the cover page information will be saved (My Springer: Your bookseller data) and automatically filled in the next time. If you do not have the status of a bookseller, you must enter your data each time. It is advisable to enter a short title because it is limited to 30 characters. Otherwise the title will be cut off in the PDF. The two catalogs are the only formats that you can export without being logged in and without having the status of a bookseller. 6.
