Transition from SourceOECD to OECDiLibrary Phase 1: Launch of preliminary version of OECDiLibrary with all content in place except IEA Statistics. Implementation of all functionality (adminstrative features, user stats, marc-records). Phase 2: OECDiLibrary ready available in its full version with all functionality and content in place. Transition of all current customers to OECDiLibrary. (SourceOECD will continue to be there as a back-up). Phase 3: OECD iLibrary becoming the only access point and SourceOECD being closed off.
