Parent Education and Advocacy Leadership Education Center Family to Family Healthcare Information Center The four main goals for the project coincide with MCHB Goals for CSHCN: 1. Families participate as full partners in decision making at all levels. 2.Services for CSHCN and families will be organized in ways that families can use them easily. 3. Families will have adequate private or public healthcare insurance. 4.Youth transition to adult health care, work and independence.
