R2 Confidential IJQA Center 3 2 Changes from the previous version 4.1 MP Navigator EX The “Password security settings” function to save PDF files has been added. (Win) The data can be saved as a password-protected PDF file. The “Output Settings function of Auto Duplex ADF” function has been added. The printouts can be ejected from the machine page by page (odd numbers down / even numbers up; from younger to older) when performing auto duplex scanning from ADF. The “Compress scanned images when transferring” function at the USB connection has been added. Simplified Chinese is supported. (Mac)

(2) Permissions Password  Documents can be accessed even without a password. Printing and editing are impossible.  However, depending on application, the operations for printing or editing may differ from MP Navigator EX even after assigning permissions password. “Document Open Password” and “Permissions Password” can be assigned at the same time.
