What do you think about the European Union ? We have interviewed some people about the Eu. We asked them what they think about the European organization. - oure parents - 1docent - 3 studentes

Jayjiva her dad What do you think about the transport? I think the transport in de EU is very well. Everything is well organised. For example: Rotterdam the biggest port of the world! Working? It’s really hard to get a job without an education. I’m very lucky. I have no education but a great job. Bu not everyone is as lucky as I am. Would you like to bring your children up in an other European country? My family lived for 5 years in Greece. But it’s very hard to find a good education there for my children. I think Holland is a good place to raise my children. When your were young, would you like to study in an other country? Yes, I think it would be a great adventure. But with my age it’s not a good idea to quit your job and work somewhere else. What did your learn about the European Union at school? We learned very much about the VS and other countries but I can’t remember we have learned something about the EU?

Abbygail her Mom What do you think about the transport? Holland is a well-being country, so I think that everything is organized. Working? I’m working as a teacher for little children in Amsterdam. It’s wasn’t hard to find a job for me. But my niece is looking for a job for already 3 years. So i think that you need a good education in the Netherlands before you can find a really good job. Would you like to bring your children up in an other European country? No, i have a mentally disabled son, and everything is good organized for him in Holland. So, I don’t have to emigrate to a other country, When your were young, would you like to study in a other country? I have study in a other country, but that was because I’ve lived in Surinam. What did your learn about the European Union at school? Well, we learned much about Holland, but I can’t remember if we talk about the European Union.

Lisa her mom What do you think about the transport? I think there should be more public transport. I also think that the goods that go to other countries should go by train or boat, not by trucks the road. Working? I think it’s good, because it’s easier to work in other countries. Would you like to bring your children up in an other European country? No, because I know this culture, it is familiar. When your were young, would you like to study in a other country? No, I didn’t want too. I can’t remember why. What did your learn about the European Union at school? Nothing, because it didn’t excisted yet.

Junell her mom What do you think about the transport? good, excellent, because 90% off all transports are going good Working? Good, but there’s a bigger offer of work then the ask for work. Would you like to bring your children up in an other European country? No, because the school addiction is one of the best and the social life is good When your were young, would you like to study in an other country? Yes, England or France, because you’ll know how they life there and is good for your CV. What did your learn about the European Union at school? Everything, I didn’t learn anything but on my school (HogeSchoolHolland) I learn everything now.

Conclusion for our parents: The most of the parents think the transport is very good organized. they are happy with the way it goes. Most of the parents aren’t so happy with the way working goes. They hink it’s sometimes hard too find a job, they think that in the Netherlands you’ve got to have a good education to find a job. The parents don’t want their children to grow up in an other country. They think Holland is a good place to raise their children. The question about if they would want to study in an other country when they were young, is very different. They think different about it. All the parents didn’t learn something about the European union, that is because it didn’t excisted yet.

Yes, it’s good for your social experience. 3: How is the democracy in the Netherlands? Holland is a free country to say what you want. 4: What do you learn at school about the EU? We learn very much about it, but sometimes it’s very difficult to understand. 5: Should it be a good idea if Turkey would join the EU? No, I don’t think so. I would be afraid that there will be more wars.
