 Procure an interoperable, secure Project 25 (P25) Phase 2 based platform AND a licensed digital microwave system to backhaul the P25 voice and data traffic.  Services to include planning, design, engineering, construction, installation and technical support to maintain radio and microwave systems.

 Pinal County recommends the use of preferred radio sites to the greatest extent possible, however, proposed site selection is at the discretion of the Contractor.  Contractor may consider developed sites and/or greenfield locations as required to meet the coverage requirements.
