What is it? Scottish Government Employability Framework A service delivery model to support people into work Aim is to have consistency and a “joined-up” approach across key partners Local Employability Partnerships responsible for implementation The Pipeline has 5 Stages

What are the Stages? The Pipeline stages should enable initial identification of support needs, but also enable progression from “Not job ready” to “Job ready” to “In work” Stage 1:Referral / Engagement Stage 2: Barrier removal Stage 3:Vocational activity Stage 4:Employer engagement / Job matching Stage 5:In work support / Aftercare
