Conclusions uNo formula for an organization to use when determining how to manage requisitions. uMany variables exist within organizations that are not captured, including culture, talent, environment (internal and external), tools (e.g. ATS), etc. uWhile majority of respondents indicated a centralized high face time approach, the impact this approach had on the average number of hiring managers and requisitions per recruiter was negligible. uLow face time organizations, operating in centralized and decentralized models, had an average of approximately 3 more hires per month per recruiter. uQuestions for Organization to ask themselves; oWhat is the cost of having recruiters operate with 25 requisitions and 17 managers per month? Where is the balance between short term productivity or longer term burn out? oWhat determines a good model? Customer satisfaction, low cost, hires, etc.
